This is fixed on Mac. Could someone please check on other platforms so that
this bug can be closed.
I fixed it for windows by using the returned error level 2:
http://freegis.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/grass6/lib/init/init.bat.diff?r1=1.9&r2=1.9.2.1
However, there was some debate about whether this was the correct error
code to use.
