In v.in.ogr (in the gui), in the "output name" field [Name for output vector
map:], in the descriptive text in the parenthesis it sais:
"(output: name, optional)"
Should the optional be "required"?
IIRC it is optional because you might want to just list the available
layers in the input OGR source (-l flag), in which case you don't need to
specify an output map.
