AFAIK this is just the wrong place.

"To get personal BASH shell definitions (aliases, color listing
option, ...) into GRASS, store them in:
 $HOME/.grass.bashrc"

Did you take a look at
http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Parallel_GRASS_jobs
? Maybe that helps how to set it up.
