Many States are being flown with 4 Band NAIP this summer.  North Carolina 
NAIP was flown in 4 Band last year and the tiffs are now available. I'm 
not sure if they are available for download yet, but if you indicate areas 
of interest in NC ( perhaps coincident with the NC GRASS sample data set) 
, something could be arranged.
