Hello Rashad. If You have not figured out that by Yourself, then You will not be capable of really debuging them. Most interesting GRASS TCL parts are TCL/C hybrids thus making any bug hunting twice as hard. All information You need and we can give is located in /lib/gis /lib/Vect /vector/v.digit (and /gui/tcltk/gis.m).
