I reopened these tickets. They are missing from binaries built from a fresh 
checkout of beta 4. Perhaps they are missing because of the broken compiling of 
the XML files. Are the menus being auto generated now? If so, this needs to be 
fixed or we’ll have more problems.

Thanks Markus or whoever added the r.relief and related to the page. I've tried 
to organize he renames better, so hopefully it's an improvement.

I think that the compilation of XMLs or start of wxGUI gives a warning if 
module is not available but perhaps only when some WX_DEBUG is set. For the not 
included modules, you can write a script to iterate over all modules and grep 
XMLs for presence of the module name.
