`r.mapcalculator` is a Shell script and Shell script are no longer
supported by standalone GRASS GIS. But perhaps it is not
right, it's a Shell script and currently disabled in Makefile. So let's
remove it from trunk and relbr70. Any objection?

I needed anyone can rewrite `r.mapcalculator` to Python and publish as
Addons.
