When starting GRASS 7.8.1 on Windows 10 x64, a message displays in the
Console window:
Error: Reading settings from file
<C:\Users\dnewcomb\AppData\Roaming\GRASS7\wx> failed.
Details: not enough values to unpack (expected 2, got 1)
