I draw attention to an issue raised with regard to the version of PROJ proj.db bundled with WinGRASS. Across the EPSG 9/10 border, table and field names change, so PROJ itself builds differently, and g.proj is built to handle the proj.db/EPSG version it "sees". If PROJ_LIB is changed to a different proj.db/EPSG version, obviously problems occur.

Is there a way to declare the EPSG version in g.proj, preferably before 7.8.6 ships? For now the work-around in rgrass7 is to trap the error found when g.proj expects EPSG 9 and is pointed at 10, and fall back from WKT2 to Proj4 string representation.
