Hi Markus, all, the friendly people at Zenodo fixed the issue: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10685321 now resolves to the GRASS GIS 8.3.2RC1 codebase (timestamp: Feb 20 2024).
I have asked them for forensics/reasons why the issue occured and will report back once I get a response. Congratulations to this new version DOI for GRASS GIS !
