Dear members of the GRASS GIS community,
Helmut Kudrnovsky has accepted a nomination made by Caitlin Haedrich.

Dr. Kudrnovsky is a researcher at the Environment Agency Austria where
he specializes in Applied Ecology. He has been a GRASS contributor, user
and active community member for over 10 years and he has also
contributed to the OSGeo4W project, a system for installing and managing
a broad set of FOSSGIS tools on Windows. He would be a returning PSC
member who brings valuable knowledge about the Windows OS and GRASS GIS.
He also served as OSGeo's Google Summer of Code admin in 2017/2018 and
has been an OSGeo Charter Member since 2013. His deep knowledge of
GRASS, activity in the community along with his commitment to making
sure GRASS GIS works well on Windows will make him an excellent member
of the PSC.
