The request for project budget from the board will be sent out to the projects within a day or two, so let us wait and then we can submit our request. The wiki is ready

In terms of the request for the website update - that will indeed go quite above what the projects usually ask for so it will have a better chance to be approved if we include some fundraising effort looking for sponsors on our side.
