better to confirm that nobody else is working with the same, so we avoid to
do things twice.
The best solution is:
- use the last po file downloaded from svn
- when done some translation and you don't work on it for some days
send the file to markus, he upload the file on svn and if someone else
want traduce take the last version from svn
