thank you again I compiled and installed grass6.4 from source without any error. But when I ran import vector module for "shp" format.
Some errors occurred. I am thinking there are some incompatibilities between ubuntu8 and grass ( both binary and source version). I have been using grass63 on ubuntu7 without encountering any problems in a different machine. regards On Sat, 31 Jan 2009 17:54:01 +0100, Nikos Alexandris wrote > On Thu, 2009-01-29 at 13:00 +0100, Nikos Alexandris wrote: > > On Thu, 2009-01-29 at 13:31 +0200, orkun wrote: > > > thank you > > > > > > As far as I see from the url address you have > > > given there is similar problem with GRASS 6.4.0RC2. > > > > > > > > > regards > > > > Orkun, > > > > give it a try to get latest stuff.
