Dear Yasuo, here a very simple example on how you can perform your task with r.los:
r.los raster.dem out=visible_area coord=3438284,5612918 obs=180 where "raster.dem" is your DEM, "coord" the coordinates of your observation point and "obs" the height of your viewing position.
