We have recently made heavy updates in the release branch. The Addons are compiled against the current release branch, so that you need a recent GRASS GIS 7 installation to remain compliant. Later today the first release candidate (RC1) will be published, you may try to install it as soon as available (a few days max) and then install the addon.
