not really incomplete, there are some tweaks needed for Windows, but it
seems functional overall

 it seems that it always places the points in the order 1, 2, 1, 2 or in
case of 3 points for Traveling salesman it places them 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. I
am not sure if this is bug or intention, it would be more logical to select
the point and then change its position. Sorry if I misunderstood the
problem, but I was able to compute and visualize the shortest path on
Windows and it seems it behaves the same on my Ubuntu.
