All: I want to test whether or not a spatially random collection of points fall within a spatially random collection of polygons; actually I'd like to keep track of the number of such occurrences for each polygon (watershed). Any thoughts how to do this in GRASS? I understand PostGIS has point-in-polygon capability, but I don't have any experience with it, unfortunately.
