Hello!

I'm new to this forum and hopefully I'm posting in the right area. :)

I've installed Grass 6.4.0. for Windows. Next I want to set my new location
(using location wizard) and set the coordinate system (current case -
31700).After that I'm getting an error.

I'm attaching the image
http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/file/n5760187/grass2.jpg

I've tried also default - no modification of project location (demolocation)
and accesible mapsets (PERMANENT) and the same error occurs saying Execution
failed : 'g.proj-p'.

WHY?

I've uninstalled the program, run again and the same errors appears once
again.

This looks like an installation problem related to GDAL or PROJ.
Did you use OSGeo4W or the standalone installer?

Related to OSGeo4W, this new ticket came in:

Perhaps valid for you as well?

I've tried the stand alone version.

And even tried the OSGEO version (400kb). Installed with advanced mode
(pretty complex and difficult) grass 6.4.0.2. (from desktop tab) and from
Libs - gdal and gdal-grass plugin.

Same errors, even more now.

I don't know where I've done wrong.
