Hi Helmut,

Thank you for your work! Your announcement actually comes almost at the same
time of a request we had in the italian grass mailing list. A user asked if
it would be possible to add r.basin addon on grass. Do you think it would be
too much difficult/time consuming to add it as well to your addons
selection? r.basin depends on the r.stream modules that you have already
provided, and also by r.ipso and r.wf. Please let me know if it is possible
to have it, it would be very appreciated.

Thank you very much,

madi

can you point me to the source of these addons? are the make-files ready for
the grass6.X-series?

I've seen, these addons are python-scripts:

r.basin
r.ipso
r.wf

adding these addons in the wingrass-installer isn't hard, but I've no idea
if they're working in wingrass.

do you have any experience with them in wingrass?

https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/raster/r.basin/
https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/raster/r.ipso/
https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/raster/r.wf/

They are python scripts developed for 6.x series.

Actually no. I developed them for grass 6.5 on linux and tested also in
grass 6.4. BTW i can warn the user about that and ask him to report if any
problem would raise. I currently am not able to test it on windows, since I
don't have it on my computer.

Thanks,

madi
