Hi B, the Collection Manager will eventually do this, but at present does not allow for insertion of new values. When you open the collection manager, you can reorder the items in a parameter by dragging their green boxes up and down. You can also delete individual items by dragging the green box far, far away. Finally, most parameter types allow you to change the properties of the data elements. for examples, if you've picked a bunch of circles, you can change the radii afterwards by editing them in the Collection Manager.
