David's suggestion works, but I've also done this by using a max or min component downstream, with any "buffer" as an expression to the second slider input. This allows you to have a meaningful magnitude to the slider value, but is perhaps confusing to another user as it will not control the visible value on the second slider and it will appear to fall below the enveloped value if nominated.
