Scaling List

Hej there,
I was wondering if there is a way to scale the list (in my case its
lenght)
if so to say i have an array of
10, 12, 15, 40
to scale them from 0 to 2 for example to get - 0.4, 0.42, 0.35, 1?
(numbers to the left are not precise, just so)
