Sorry about that one as that's completely my fault.  I was using
version 5.093 instead of 5.099 and the polar coordinates component is
messed up in that build.  I had even downloaded the newest version,
but didn't install cause I was in the middle of a project at the
time.  Its definitely a slow morning for me.
