I finally finished the first version of a 75 page manual I have been
working on to help people get a basic understanding of the plugin.
Obviously, since the software changes so quickly, I anticipate that I
will need to make updates quite often, but it should at least be a
good start for people new to the software. You can download the pdf

always, feel free to comment if you have any suggestions or changes
for the next version.
