I was trying this definition and got the error 0x80028018. Apparently, it's a known bug present in excel. In case someone else is getting this error: It's caused when you've got an english language version of office and windows regional settings set as non-english. The easiest way to fix this is setting the regional settings as english, but there are other workarounds.
