recursive loop

A Friend of mine an me tried chain of sticks with a point on the last
third of the stick as the startpoint for the following stick.
We arranged many commands and made it to a cluster. The cluster has
got seven inputs and four outputs. We want to lead three of the
outputs into the inputs, combined with a vb button so that it is
repeated ten times.
Does anybody know if recursive loops are possible because we always
get the error message that the inputs depend on themselves?
