If I know, that problem is only with plane (frame). Sometime I have problem with Brep too. But i dont think that is problem of GH. I think it is typical for every work with Rhino when you working far away from world coordinate origin. Special when yours units are set as millimetre and you working in area [500m,500m,0]. In this case surface and Brep arent stable.
