Hi RP,

the web is pretty much saturated with VB and C# tutorials, references
and example projects. Everything you need to learn about the actual
language is freely available. Rhino specific implementation is of
course extra. Just as RhinoScript extends VBScript, so does the Rhino
SDK extend the DotNET framework.

Our own Wiki contains many examples on how to tackle specific issues,
but we have not yet written a primer for SDK development.
