Hi to], it seems that your curveA is not a curve at all, but a list of curves. Did you check the [List] option on the curveA input parameter?
If you have multiple curves that you want to intersect, you'll need to iterate through that list PRIOR to called the Intersection function: For Each local_curve As OnCurve in curveA local_curve.IntersectCurve(curveB, xEvents, intersection_tolerance, overlap_tolerance) ... Next Curve|Curve intersection is already available in Grasshopper. Is the existing component not suitable for your needs? -- David Rutten [email protected] Robert McNeel & Associates On Feb 24, 10:46 am, "to]" <[email protected]> wrote: > hi david > > my problem is with > > Dim count As Integer = curveA.IntersectCurve(curveB, xEvents, > intersection_tolerance, overlap_tolerance) > > grasshopper says Error: 'IntersectCurve' is not a member of > 'System.Collections.Generic.List(Of RMA.OpenNURBS.OnCurve)'. > anything else is like in the sample > hope you can help me > > will the function RhUtil.rhinocurvecurveintesect be included in the > next version of grasshopper? > > to]
