Hi Baldino, thanks, I'm on it.
The reason I removed the Expression String input is because of performance. Having to deal with a new string every time was taking up a lot of cycles, but maybe that's less important than I thought. Would it help if the Expression was visible on the component itself? I could override the display for this particular component to make it look a bit more sexy... -- David Rutten [email protected] Robert McNeel & Associates On Mar 20, 12:39 pm, baldino <[email protected]> wrote: > two more things: > > 1. when defining multiple inputs and leaving one of them empty results > in an error (Exp turns orange) > > 2. for functions (expressions) up to 3 variables, you can still enter > the expression in a post-it and connect this to F, there is no more F > input in the new expression editor, i really miss that !
