Hi xymao, no, it's not a problem with your settings. The things you create with grasshopper are only shown in the Rhino viewports, but they are not actual objects in Rhino. If you look through more tutorials you'll see that in same cases people start with objects created in Rhino, which they later reference in the Grasshopper definition. That way, when you change something in Rhino, that will have effect in Grasshopper.
