Yep... that's exactly what I'm talking about. :)
Many times I can't even get the sweep1 to work at all unless I do some gymnastics getting the start point of the section to match the start point of the rail... but of course when you use a sweep you don't always want to have a rail for every component of the assembly; you should be able to sweep using a rail that has a distance from the section curve. Anyway, I will jump for joy when this problem is fixed.
