Hmmm, yeah, I suppose that wouldn't work. But "Help mode" is awfully
close to Apple's unlamented balloon help, which was incredibly
distracting. The cool thing about tooltips is that they show up when I
pause, which means there's a least a chance I might be sitting there
going um...um...um...
