Hey guys... I am trying to find a way to take a JPG image and reduce it to an approximation made by a specific number of colors. I found the following text which seems to be in the right direction. Is this something I can do in VB.NET with a Custom Import? I would like to use the dithering option. How would I go about constructing this in VB?
