Hi, as a matter of fact, Graylog supports ingesting messages from Apache Kafka out-of-the-box. The message payload can be simple plaintext, syslog messages, or GELF messages.
There is no exhaustive documentation about the Kafka inputs but you should be able to simply create those inputs in your Graylog installation and fill out the configuration just fine.
