I am having the same issue.   I have only been able to make it work with 
one stream.   My other stream is setup very similar but uses a different 
rule parameter.   If I test the stream it passes; however in "Triggered 
Alerts" it doesn't show it has ever been triggered.   I'm not seeing any 
logs to indicate why it's not triggering the rule and generating the email 
callback.   Thanks in advance if anyone can help with this.
