Hi Anant, maybe Midori is using another certificate store than the other web browsers you've mentioned.
In any case, if you're using a self-signed certificate, you need to add this certificate to the list of trusted certificates in your web browser or system trust store. On an additional note, you might want to replace the certificate and private key you've posted in your first mail for security reasons.
