there's a feature request for this at 
https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog-plugin-slack/pull/27 
<https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog-plugin-slack/pull/27>, but the current 
version of the Graylog Slack plugin doesn't support using HTTP proxies yet.
