this is pretty trivial but thought I would toss it out her since I was thinking about it. Is there an accepted current acronym for Graylog? If not, I think Graylog needs a good acronym. A few notable ones in the logging space are ELK, ELSA, and even SPLUNK apparently stands for something (https://answers.splunk.com/answers/119442/what-is-the-meaning-of-splunk.html).
I am not sure if anything has ever gained any traction but I have an idea or two. How about: GEM, GEMS or GEM+ == Graylog, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Syslog of course the inverse of MEG, MEGS, or MEG+ might work. GELP could be another one? Graylog Enhanced Logging Platform. Maybe a contest is in order ;) Regards, Brandon -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Graylog Users" group.
