You or someone that has access to your computer was mucking with the settings. To fix this, right click on the monkey, then go to User Script Commands >> Facebook Mass Accept Requests Options. A window will pop up. Under Advanced you need to un-check "Enable Debug Mode" then click the Save button. Then refresh the page and all our world's problems will be solved.
