I've just found the same problem.  Greasemonkey 0.9.10 and 0.9.11 isn't 
handling the @match in a scripts metadata.  I raised the issue here 
https://github.com/greasemonkey/greasemonkey/issues/1414.  It looks like the 
fix will be in 0.9.12.
