Yes, I get the popup to enter the URL and I am adding in something like this:

http://host:7778/*

I can see this value in the GUI and if I check the config.xml I see the
entry:

<UserInclude>http://host:7778/*</UserInclude>

All of that looks correct. However, when I visit the page my script does not
run.
