Anthony, Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, in this case, the app is very complex, and I'm not the developer so wouldn't even know where to start. It opens up several Firefox tabs before it actually kicks off Java.
I've even enabled Java tracing/logging and it doesn't show anything of interest...just an abrupt stop.
