I have this issue as well, but I'm running on a Nightly build of Australis.
And the only "workaround" I've found for this although it's not a great one is. Uninstall said Script "re"-install the script that's giving issues. Sadly this does cause for resetting the Scripts settings (Unless you're able to save/export said settings) QUite annoying, and not too sure what may be causing it as I know Scriptish never had this issue.
