To deal with windows (under the windows os) where the title bar is not
visible;

   1. Press <Alt-space>
   2. Press M
   3. Use cursor arrows to move the upper left of the title bar into view.
   4. Press <enter>

Assuming the window exceeds the size of the screen;

   1. Click the icon at upper left of the title bar
   2. Press S to size and size the window so that it falls within the screen
   3. Maximize the Window
   4. Restore the Window
