To deal with windows (under the windows os) where the title bar is not visible;
1. Press <Alt-space> 2. Press M 3. Use cursor arrows to move the upper left of the title bar into view. 4. Press <enter> Assuming the window exceeds the size of the screen; 1. Click the icon at upper left of the title bar 2. Press S to size and size the window so that it falls within the screen 3. Maximize the Window 4.
