Since 3.7 came out, I've had reports of people not being able to install
scripts. Instead of getting the installation dialog, they see the text
of the script displayed in the browser, as if they had accessed a .txt
file.
* I've been able to reliably recreate the problem.
* It only happens to certain scripts, but not others. I've not found
anything to account for the difference.
* Both the scripts that will and won't install are in UTF-8 format.
* The scripts have not been updated since the new release came out.
* Installing 3,8beta does not fix the problem.
* Reverting back to Release 3.6 fixes the problem.
Most of these scripts are in a password protected area, but this one is
not. It exhibits the same problem:
