After more troubleshooting it looks like it's one of my UserScripts 
<https://openuserjs.org/scripts/JoeSimmons/YouTube_Auto_Buffer_Auto_HD> 
that's the actual problem. Now to see if I can find a similar script that 
does the same thing but without the error since it appears it's no longer 
compatible and not being maintained.
