student tortured in police custody

Adimali: police tortured, Basil (age 15) a 9th standard student in connection with a alleged theft Case.
Basil who is studying at Kanjipara Government High school was arrested from his residence at Polinjapalam Priadershini Colony. Police later send him back says that there is no evidence against him! severely injured and completely broken boy admitted in Taluck Hospital.
