> People's March is an independent revolutionary paper. It supports all

elsewhere.

It is interesting that a weekly that supports anti-democratic, anti-national
terrorist movements like the Maoists is seeking refuge under the democratic
free-speech laws of the very nation whose democracy they want to destroy!
It's like the shop-lifter complaining about the poor quality of the
products! No wonder though - one man, one vote, one time is the motto of the
Communists everywhere. Be assured that the first thing these worthies will
abolish once they grab power would be free speech.

The Maoists have time and again made it clear that they are not after
uplifting the poor and the downtrodden, but to grab power. Through their
actions, they have unambiguously validated their anti-democratic,
anti-people credentials. If Mr Govindan Kutty aspires to avail the
protection of the law of the land, he should stop supporting the forces that
want to destroy liberal democracy in this country.

Best regards,
Murali

Liberty, if it means anything, is the right to tell people what they don't
want to hear.
